Jade and Brett

After enjoying dinner for Jade’s birthday at an intimate Docklands restaurant, the couple strolled the boardwalk. It was here that Jade received the best birthday gift of all—Brett got down on one knee and proposed.
Jade and Brett’s families knew each other and they played together as children; however, it
wasn’t until they reconnected as adults that they realised their feelings, “something clicked just between us,” the newlyweds recalled.
Jade’s heart was set on Bell City from the beginning, she noted, “Whenever I travelled down Bell Street, past Bell City, I always admired the beautiful palm trees. I knew this was the place I would one day get married.”

When dress shopping, Jade visited a Brunswick store she knew carried a dress she had seen online. She considered a handful of styles before deciding to try the dress she’d seen online. “Once my best friend started crying, I knew it was the one,” said Jade of her stunning Raffaele Ciuca gown, featuring a full tulle skirt and beaded bodice.
The big day finally arrived. Jade and Brett were both so excited to be getting married and remarked how thankful they were to have lots of family and friends around them to keep them calm.
“A wonderful moment was getting ready with my sons and groomsmen, but my favourite part of the day was watching Jade walk down the aisle to become my wife,” said Brett.
“I loved getting my hair and makeup done with all my bridesmaids and taking photos with my sons, though, the best part of the day was seeing Brett for the first time as I was walking down the aisle,” Jade explained.

With a fog machine creating a heavenly scene in the Bell City Ballroom, the couple appeared to float through the clouds as they took their first dance to John Legend’s ‘All of Me’. “We chose this song because the words were so perfect and it’s a song we both love,” Jade and Brett expressed, remembering their first dance fondly.
“Our wedding was so perfect, we couldn’t have asked for anything else. Bell City was everything we imagined it to be and so much more. The food and venue were amazing, and the staff did an outstanding job making sure everything went to plan,” said the couple as they reflected on their day.
